Business planning has no direction and is not data driven. Tasks are duplicate with other teams' duties and to teach other teams how to use Excel and Google. Management decisions change all the time right before the programs launch. The company has no idea about technology development. While other companies are building data models, you are still triggering with loading a few rows of table. So called data analysis is all about self fulfilling.

-Low pay -Rare promotion chance - staff purchase benefit is completely useless. Most of the products don't even ship to your region - If you love attending company events during office hours or spending your day on your phone handling personal business, you’ll fit right in. Management genuinely seems to prefer slackers over people who actually get work done.
