Having the ability to occasionally work remote, although this is a common trend now. Manager is flexible and nice, rarely have an issue requesting time off

Unattainable metrics Lousy clients/vendors/accounts Lacking appropriate tools to do the job to reach metrics Employees speak about being burnt out. Hard to find coverage when on vacation and due to the ridiculous metrics having the feeling of not being able to recharge Dated tools/resources, for example working from spreadsheets or dated applications. It's apparent speaking with current and former employees that have moved on that other companies either stayed with trends or newer software options long ago. We seem to always be playing catch up. Things need to be more automated and less manual - room for too many mistakes People don't seem to take ownership

We are working hard to make Yoh one of the best places to work and it’s only through ongoing feedback like yours that will enable this to happen. Work/life balance, motivational (but realistic) goals and having the proper tools to do your job are all critically important to you and to us as well. Happy employees make for a happy company.
