* Great benefits. * Great people. * Get to work with games. * Gaming allowance.

Minpunten

* New leadership came in, fired everyone, forced a 10+ year remote company to relocate to a central office to "synergize". * Have to relocate to LA - who in technology wants to live in LA when Silicon Valley is so close? * New director of development couldn't direct anyone out of a paper bag.

- Use lots of modern tech which makes development more exciting - Management is open with goals and the company's intentions - Work on lots of different projects in different roles - Open communication between all employees - Great vibe in meetings - a good mixture of humor and getting the job done

Minpunten

- Primarily ad supported business model which may struggle in the future - Some understaffing issues, although hiring has accelerated over the past 6 months

The people working on the front lines are beyond amazing

Minpunten

Anything on the ZAM level and above is toxic. Over the past several months, they threw away many of their most valuable and dedicated resources and didn't even seem to know what most of them actually did. Loyalty was given but not returned.
