This is not a place to work if you want to be inspired to make a difference. There are many managers who are still working there simply waiting to retire, and they will even tell you that. Approaching project and program managers for any reason is discouraged. They do not interact with associate level employees on their projects. Every decision is made by managers. If you are not a manager you are not trusted to make the decisions you were hired to make. You have to ask permission to do simple tasks. Also, two weeks vacation for the first five years is a "non-negotiable" company policy. The face that there was no exit interview demonstrates they don't care why people leave.
