Pluspunten

Plenty room for movement within the store, even possibility of transferring to different store to be a manager of some sort if you do really well. Pay was pretty decent for a retail store. I think starting was $11. The people at the location where I worked were friendly and helpful. You do get yearly reviews that allows for a chance to get a raise.

Minpunten

Black out dates during holidays. No benefits unless you're full time. Discount was 10 or 15%.

My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
