- Chaotic organization - Incredily volatile deadlines - Lack of transparency when it comes to basc communication. Nobody knows who will be next fired - No support for 1-on-1 or any performance evaluation - Would not reccomend to work here due to its chaotic environment where nobody (not even the managers) know what are the requirements. Massive recent hires culminated with massive layoffs
