Good Communication Skills for passengers

Communication facility regarding Bus Arrival & its departure is very good, but, Seat Comfortability is not appreciable. My night road trip from Jaipur to Delhi was slightly got tensioned because of Seat Comfortability. I rated it 3 out 5, but what makes it to give only 2 Stars due to Call from Sales & Promotional Department of Zipgo Technologies P. Ltd. for FAKE RATING ON GOOGLE & JUSTDIAL of 5 Stars, which gives me cashback of Rs.50/-.
