Managers are clueless about finding assignments that match your skills. Will put you anywhere as long as the pay rate is good. Completely profit-focused, especially after their acquisition by HiQ. They hope to put one skilled person on a team of rookies who don't know the basics of their profession and hope the customer doesn't notice. The compensation package is not very competitive. There are several other consultant companies with a similar model but much better numbers. Very good at being fake friendly. They pretend to have one set of values but when the numbers don't align, you see their true nature.
