- Pay can be at the low side. - Work remotely, mainly handling HR operation task for oversea counterpart, may have communication issue. - Physical office maybe lack of facilities and events.

Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
