      Feel free to leave early, everyone does, there is no work because the same 5 people are overloaded with it.

      Minpunten

      Day to day employees are not listened to. Leaderships holds cheesy brainstorms to hear what you have to say but ultimately do what they want to do regardless. Too many to list.

      We're sorry you feel this way. Forward momentum is always about listening to market forces, inside forces and aligning it our core growth strategy and what's best for our clients. Every decision is not right but many are. It's model that has served the whole organization and our clients well and continues to do so.

      Wonderful employees, definitely met people I'll be friends with forever. I always had really positive interactions with clients.

      Minpunten

      Leadership is wildly out of touch. Seem to have developed a reputation amongst other agencies. The company/production of work isn't set up to satisfy clients in the way a lot of others seem to be. Creatives have their work front-end loaded and then are given an extensive amount of time to complete, which leads to them missing deadlines and clients wondering how long it takes to create a social ad.
