I just discovered the Employer response function on Glassdoor, so pardon my delayed response. It appears that you had a poor experience in our Sales group pre-2014. There is no question that we scaled our sales team too quickly when we first launched it in late 2012. Since then, we've made many changes and are quite pleased with the results. As part of those changes, we've worked closely with the team to gather feedback and put in place commission models that position everyone for success. So thanks for your feedback.
