      Very low check and balance on the quality of your code.

      Minpunten

      They salaries are very very low. Salaries are paid very late and some times after 2 months. Projects are not good, they have only one ERP underdevelopment since ages adn all other projects are just simple websites. You have to wear full formal dress, even if you are a developer. It is a very small team and not very talented. The hardware they have been using for development is outdated, they still use those old CRT monitors.

      You will learn alot while working on project from day one. I you don't know they will train you like a kid and will be pampered in this process.

      You will get boared while working on same issues or pages.
