Owner can't keep his nose out of daily operations and likes to change things to cause chaos. Owner likes to gossip about employees behind their backs, with other technicians. Low salaries for the job field, promises to pay you extra if you bill over 8 hours of work, but never pays out on promises. Management urges you to try to bill two different customers at the same time since they are on an hourly billing structure. Feels terrible.
