The top is so good at informing employees what they are tryiing to acheive and how you can be successful in that pursuit. I have been in this industry since 1997 and hav never seen another company do this better.

I feel obligated to mention something here but it is difficult. e360 is a hybrid (remote and onsite) and faces the same challenges that other companies with this model do, building a sense of community and belonging, They do a good job of this and are constantly looking for ways to improve. They solicit and encourage their employees in this endeavor.
