You can get money towards getting laser eye surgery even. The starting pay you can get is pretty good and a lot of people can manage to get in lately after high school especially if they're willing to do phone work.

Low chances of promotions, shift bids so you can't ever be sure for more then 4-6 months just what your schedule will be, and management saying one thing one week then another the next can be the worst. Depending on your direct supervisors you can have good experience with your supes and for promotions to a bit of a higher level; but, there's a awful lot of bad supervisors lately and bad leads. A lot of promotions have more been based on who you suck up to and how well you do with that which certainly isn't a smart way to go. Depending on the shift you're on and what leadership you have your chances of promotion dwindle even lower... not really a good thing. You do expect change in a place like eBay but at times the supervisors aren't even in the loop or some might be while others aren't which can create chaos.
