No coordination between business team and technical team Salaries won't credit time to time As freshers don't join they simply see you like a foolish kid with no knowledge and you can't have scope of getting more hikes and can't build a good working experience in our portfolio and they think 'we are unnecessarily giving salaries to the freshers'
