Good salary, good number of AL, the work is just not challenging at all so if you like a laid back company and to just pretend like you are working and take long toilet breaks like what the senior does then this company is for you.

Minpunten

1. There's absolutely no career progression over here. They may give you a title change and call it a promotion but you're doing the exact same thing so if you're interested in just having a title change but stagnant work then this may not be an issue for you. 2. The company has trust issues that they need to see everyone at work such that even during COVID where all other companies are activating their BCP, this management only did it because the Govt made it mandatory. 3. Colleagues are nice and friendly but only if you are accepted into their circle. The company hires at least 70% of their employees from the Malay community, save for international employees are who are hired to speak in their native language for the countries that they are managing. So if you can't speak the language and you're not part of the team but don't mind being solo for the time you are working here then this won't be an issue for you. It's not just the hiring patterns, they also get a lot of leeway, they get to go out and buy their lunch and then enter the meeting room to watch their shows over lunch for a full hour which essentially means they get a longer lunch break than everyone else. 4. Marketing are tasked to get the cheapest leads. Sales are constantly dealing w clients complaining the leads are not good in quality. But the bosses don't care because they just want low cost and high revenue. It's fine for them that companies don't carry on and they will blame the client's calling scripts and say it's not the lead's quality.
