- Bad work culture, sometimes you might have to work for 14 hours a day. - No body works for 9 hours, every one in tech support team extend their working hours, that to uselessly. Also, if you want to leave on time, every one will question you, why you are leaving so early(even if you leaving after 10/11 hours of working). - No proper work allocation. - Morning shifts(a team member has to do 1 week morning shift every month ), This is the worst, it starts at 6:00 AM and should legally end at 3:00 PM, but guess what, you might get home at 8/9 PM (14-15 hours) and then next day again at 6:00 AM in morning..Whoof!! Ridiculous. I have never seen a morning guy leaving at 3.00 PM in my 1+ year of tenure. I guess team management hate morning guys. - Weekends, yes you have to work on alternate weekends as well(that to alone from your team), which is very frustrating. You will either get bored in office due no work, or you will have such amount of work that will not have time for your lunch or dinner.
