Till today, it has been a good time with Egain. What I find here which can be beneficial to u 1.Work life balance 2.supportive team and manager 3.Good chances of career advancement 4.Flexible office hours 5.Gud hike compared to other MNCs

As every company has, Egain can also improve in some areas 1. Some constraint in using your creativity 2. Can work from home only in case of emergency only, not by choice. 3. Have to work on urself to upgrade skills. Company is not that much active/helpful to do that.

Supportive coworkers who were always willing to teach, answer questions, and help me succeed.

Management needs significant improvement. I didn't feel supported or properly trained, and there was an expectation to know how to do tasks without adequate guidance. Communication was often unclear, and feedback focused more on mistakes than coaching. I also felt isolated, and it seemed employee concerns were discussed with others instead of being addressed directly. A more supportive and communicative management team would greatly improve the workplace.
