Feels difficult to get management to think about new ideas and try new approaches, so sometimes it feels like we have fallen behind in the fast-paced technology industry 3. There can be a lot of disorganization among upper management 4. Internal education on product and company needs improvement; many employees can't explain or summarize what the company does in a short and easy 2-3 sentences. 5. Growth opportunities seem limited
