Pluspunten
I have had interesting projects where I have made a difference because we're not too big. I really like that I have easy access to Sr. Management and can get quick access to them. We have frequent team meetings which helps drives the projects. All the engineers in the US are at Headquarters, so it is great to be able to quickly walk over to whoever I need to speak to.
Minpunten
In the past Middle Manangement has been thin but this has just been corrected, so going forward, should be pretty good. There's a chunk of the team who are in India and they are much slower to respond and the time difference means that there are often some late night calls. There's been turnover, but then again, what company that has a team in India hasn't.
