Minpunten

Leadership needs to stop blaming other people for employees leaving and start looking at themselves. People are leaving because executives are bending over for Fidelity and not providing fulfilling work or even hindering work progress.

Excellent work-life balance, supportive management, genuinely kind people (really enjoyed my time with my co-workers!)

Outdated legacy codebase. Many tasks required downskilling. Questionable architectural decisions made by higher-ups. Slow upper-management.
