The biggest issue at this company is the leadership at the local office level. The Managing Director lacks the experience and emotional maturity required for the role. This appears to be his first MD position and unfortunately it shows in how the team is managed. The leadership style is passive-aggressive and micromanaging, creating a toxic working environment where employees feel distrusted and undervalued. As a result, the entire middle management team turned over within a year Opportunities and promotions are not merit-based. Advancement appears to be driven more by personal connections and nationality rather than competence or contribution.
