If you want to help female entrepreneurs, this is the place for you. They are heavily focused on building female owned businesses, and have a large member base to network with. They are trying to get themselves out of a hole they created with their technology. A new team in the office will hopefully get them there.

Minpunten

Unfortunately, the Senior management is very tight when it comes to money and doesn't understand the process it takes to complete a task, They are very hasty in decision making and don't listen or consult with the tech side to see how feasible the vision is. Unfortunately this lead to seriously unrealistic expectations with minimal support. A huge problem in proper planning when it comes to tech issues which has really crippled the company's ability to produce there goals.
