I’m not quite sure how eXp has gotten on the “best places to work” list this year. But it sure as heck has NOT been a great place to work for me and many others. eXp is basically running out of ways to “make money” so they’re hiring people they only have to pay pocket change to and FIRING the people who HELD this place together. I will NOT be surprised when they fire EVERYONE in the concierge department. Soon, agents will realize and LEAVE. Did you not think about that, management? Agents want to be taken care of by a person who loves this company. You are taking all of those people away. If you want to work here?? Take my advice. 1) Get ready to do a BUNCH of crap that IS NOT in your job description. 2) Get severely underpaid and under appreciated. 3) Be scared to lose your job. 4) Do NOT be open and honest with leadership, they are not to be trusted and WILL fire you for having your own opinions. 5) Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a job. This company is going downhill and all leadership cares about is flaunting how successful THEY are, meanwhile you’ll be the one working your tail off. This company is turning into a complete joke.
