Merci pour ce retour. Cet avis date de début 2021 et reflète une période de transformation difficile pour l'entreprise. Elyps a depuis profondément évolué dans sa structure, sa gouvernance et son cadre opérationnel. Nous opérons aujourd'hui en tant que plateforme financière régulée sous la supervision de la Banque Nationale de Belgique, avec des processus structurés et des standards professionnels appliqués à l'ensemble de nos activités. Les retours de cette période ont directement contribué aux changements mis en place.

Founders who talk the talk, but do not walk the walk. They dream big, but lack ability to deliver. Lack skills to manage vision and strategy with delivery. Do not respect work-life balance for employees. Unable to manage professional disagreement. I saw a freelancer fired because they didn't like the work, despite it fulfilling the brief. Neither payment terms not hiring contract were respected. Advice to investors - put your money elsewhere, these people are at best incompetent, and at worst dishonest. Advice to freelancers - bad payers, not worth the risk. Advice to employees - focus your energy elsewhere, you will learn bad habits here that will do you a disservice later on. NB: The glassdoor posts with 4-5 star ratings that discuss how visionary the company is are most likely written on behalf of the company by current employees to boost their score as this is exactly the type of language they used in meetings to discuss what type of company they want to be - word for word.

Thank you for sharing your experience. This review dates from early 2020, a period during which Elyps was still in its formative stage. Since then, the company has undergone substantial changes in its operational structure, governance and client delivery framework. We now operate as a regulated cross-border financial platform serving institutional clients across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, with structured processes, clear accountability and full regulatory oversight by the National Bank of Belgium. We take all feedback seriously and remain committed to maintaining professional standards across every aspect of our operations.

- Flexibiliteit om vanuit huis te werken; - Het team is zeer bekwaam, maar de meesten van hen hebben ontslag genomen na meer dan 3 maanden niet te hebben betaald; - De mogelijkheid om vanaf nul een product op te bouwen; - Autonomie om uw projecten te plannen en uit te voeren;

- Gebrek aan doorzichtigheid; - Overtollig micromanagement; - Onbetaalde en achterstallige salarissen; - Waarden van het bedrijf: op het niveau van intimidatie met beledigingen van de oprichters jegens sommige werknemers en freelancers; - Oprichters zijn onzeker en hebben een groot ego

Hartelijk dank voor deze gedetailleerde feedback. Deze beoordeling dateert van begin 2021, een periode waarin het bedrijf aanzienlijke groeipijnen doormaakte. We negeren de geuite zorgen niet. Sindsdien heeft Elyps een complete transformatie ondergaan in haar operationele structuur, financieel beheer en teamstructuur. Het bedrijf opereert nu onder toezicht van de Nationale Bank van België met gestructureerde compliance, gedisciplineerde financiële bedrijfsvoering en professionele normen die worden toegepast in alle interne en externe relaties. De hier beschreven problemen werden serieus genomen en vormden een directe basis voor de veranderingen die we hebben doorgevoerd.
