I came to evolve purely down to fate, yet it was the best decision i have made in my professional career. I have never felt so welcomed, so valued & so aligned. The entire team cares deeply not only about their own professional progression, but personal development. There is a great emphasis on how we can continue to do better, with a reflective nature & no ego. They care about DIEB, they care about client outcomes & most importantly their mission is focused on social mobility within financial services. I came back into the corporate world a few years ago only to one again be disappointed at the limitations, inequality and 'yes man' progression. I came to evolve and found purpose within my work again. Since working here my health, relationships & happiness have all significantly improved!

A lot of the team have imposter syndrome and don't always recognise quite how brilliant they are! It's a start up, so we currently have to wear various different hats (personally i love that but for others to be aware if they want somewhere more linear).

For me there are no cons, however if a start-up environment where you may be working on different projects simultaneously and doing things for the first time does not interest you, evolve may not be the best choice.
