Pluspunten
The people you work with are so friendly, everyone smiles at each other going into work. There are some good benefits like sick pay, parking, a gym, free fruit days, occasional freebies (although they are getting cut down). Free machine hot drinks. There's a nice mix of time on and off the phones.
Minpunten
Expensive Costa coffee and canteen; it's meant to be subsidized but it's more like eating at a service station. I'd recommend taking your own food- there's no fridge so a cool bag is good, and there are microwaves. My particular job is frustrating, bound by red tape and no common sense causing a lot of poor customers to complain. Call centre rolls aren't as well paid but are a lot more varied, and with it being busy the days go quickly but prepare for the air conned environment and talking so much... I've never had so many sore throats, but you could say that about any call centre. The systems are slow, sometimes taking half an hour before the beginning of the shift to get everything loaded- that's not paid for!
