      Earning potential is very good.

      Minpunten

      Crap benefits, use vendors that call employees derogatory names, coaches harass you on family vacation, telling you who you can and can't go on break with . They really need to take a step back and realize they are working with human beings. They tell us the same of the candidates, the respect should be there with their employees too. Their leadership team reminds me of a group of frat buddies. They try to have fun but end up bullying people. They have no vision or leadership skills at all.

      We are so sorry you felt disrespected. That is not something gpac stands for, or supports. We are a faith-based company who wants our pac members to feel like they are a part of a family.       It's tough. It takes a lot of internal drive and commitment. This isn't something for the weak, or those who throw in the towel with things get hard. A lot of cold outreach is required to build your desk and network - that alone isn't for everyone, especially those looking for an "easy" button.

      -Long hours expected -Draw pay which was then recouped by company by taking it out of the money that make from placements -Training is basically just slamming cold calls and talking you into getting over your anxiety of bothering people all day -You get assigned an industry to target and if you get a bad one, good luck. -No support from upper management -Nepotism is rampant
