Minpunten

Compensation during training phase, Working remote is convenient but I know I am missing out on learning opportunities that take place in an office setting. There are certain "tools" I have to pay for (reimbursement does take place when a certain level is reached). I have never worked for an organization in which I have had to pay for tools. It's not a deal breaker.... just something new to me.

Minpunten

It's tough. It takes a lot of internal drive and commitment. This isn't something for the weak, or those who throw in the towel with things get hard. A lot of cold outreach is required to build your desk and network - that alone isn't for everyone, especially those looking for an "easy" button.
