Pluspunten
Remote Work! Must have a constant fire in your belly and operate as if you're running you're own small business in order to see success Team Collaboration! Impressive culture established from the get-go and everyone starts on the same tier. World-class trainers! The training boot camp is grueling, information overload to put it lightly. Thankfully there are a select few trainers who deliver the knowledge in an organized and straightforward training process. In the end, it's all up to the individual IT Support - responsive and professional Hardware Tools - It's not Mac equipment unfortunately, but the company provides reliable work supplies.
Minpunten
Disrespectful 'teammates' - some come in with recruiting experience, others have never been on Linkedin. This creates huge reliability gaps in terms of work-flows, communication styles, overall efforts, and most notably, attitudes. Time Zone Accountability - this goes back to a 'pro' that I noted - 100% up to the individual to work through this: It is not discussed in training, nor considered when you fall in with one of the many teams. A recruiter in PST who works primarily with EST candidates/clients has two options: 1) work on EST, plan ahead, and embrace the feeling of always feeling behind ... OR 2) complain and struggle until you fail Teammate falloffs - One day you're collaborating with a partner, and relying on them so you can make money, but the next day, there phone extension does not exist and you learn on linkedin that there no longer working at gpac. They tell you they've been cut. That recruiters clients just kind of vanish or get divided amongst others, so all your efforts on behalf of those clients seem spoiled. Relationships refresh organically based on communication, but it would be nice to have a system that passes clients onto the ones who have spent time on their projects.
