I worked for Incapsulate for more then 12 months and while there were challenges, the company was dedicated to getting better. Change at times was slow, but there was a big difference by the time I left. The people are great and really passionate about what they do. It's a team environment and everyone is willing to help each other out. Salary is competitive or higher then market; they want strong talent and they are willing to pay for it. They have your typical small company issues but should continue to get better, just at a slower pace. It can be a stressful environment so if you're easily frustrated and want a more relaxed place to work, then find a bigger company that is more established.
