Townhalls happen maybe once a year, and only when there's something to market externally — not because anyone cares about how employees are doing. There is no transparency around decisions, no career conversations, 3. Priorities shift week to week based on whoever's mood is driving things at the top. There's no real direction, just noise that gets repackaged as urgency. Speaking up about any of this doesn't lead to change — it leads to being quietly targeted. 4. I genuinely came in wanting to grow and build something meaningful. What I got instead was a slow erosion of my mental health, my confidence, and my sense of professional worth. 5.
