Pluspunten
It has a casual work environment, which I personally enjoyed.
Being a Small Business I had the personal initiative and the OK of Upper Management to wear several hats, which caused e to grow exponentially.
I like working with minimal supervision, so I enjoyed the Upper Management's lack of micromanagement.
Minpunten
The biggest challenge I found was poor support from my colleagues, as the "It's Not My Job" attitude and Overall Mediocrity was an epidemic.
BUT, isn't "Average" the "New Normal?"
I will not tolerate 'Average", I never have, and as such, the fact that it was tolerated was my biggest challenge.
