Nothing to appreciate.They gave fake promises..but nothing worked as per they said. Nothing was followed properly. complete cheating management. Are you a college grad or experienced gotten an offer to join this org? Great! Best move is to turn down at all costs. Unless you 1) get micromanaged, berated and belittled by the current management 2) want to be paid below the market average for your job. In front of the rest of the team, the current management will put on a smile and make small idle talk, lulling you into a false sense of security regarding shifts, your performance, future prospects and idle pleasantries. However, beyond that, the current management is insufferable, and the veil will soon fall. The atmosphere and mood definitely demonstrates how the team spirit has fallen under the current management. What was once a bright, lively office space has legitimately turned into a ghost town with coworkers actively avoiding conversation with one another in the office to avoid being in the limelight.

- If the company is good then why people so many quit now? - Here you will see bad work cluster absolutely no flexibility. - They promised WFH at the time of joining now they have remove it. - Lot of politics. - Initially they used to get snacks during evening time because our hadoop works starts from evening, now they removed because of budget problems!!! -Worst culture in the name of a startup, No outings, a lot of bureaucracy, dirty politics, worst possible pantry. -Bad work life balance. it is a very worst company in not keeping up their promises new rules every day Don't get fooled by the reviews here.
