spriteCloud really is a people-first company, putting the wellbeing and livelihoods of employees at the forefront of every company decision and strategy. The management team (from the chairman, to founders, and all execs) are hands-on with the team which gives a real feeling of transparency and trust.
Although bench time can be long during slower months, this time is used to upskill and gain certifications, alongside participating in internal projects with colleagues.
It's important to keep involved and stay motivated yourself, as the work is hybrid (with a majority remote) so you need to put your best foot forward and proactively get involved.
