      Pluspunten

      As a makeup artist I was excited to a regional artist for this company but simply put my job was basically to go to Kohl's stores and attempt to sell the product in lui of the actual people who work at Kohl's. Most do not come there to shop for makeup so the task can seem very frustrating at times but it can be fun and worthwhile if your region is a high traffic region or your stores are very busy.

      Minpunten

      There is no real marketing plan in place. They management just tells you to sell the product and doesn't really give you any real tools to do that. Also the product is limited in its hues. It does not have very many versatile colors for those who aren't ivory or lightly olive toned. Also some of the products like the eyeliners and mascaras are of subpar quality. You will basically be pushing their overly shimmery highlighters.

      They were an excellent company to work with! They allowed me to take the creative reigns on the content I produced for them rather than micromanaging.

      Minpunten

      I found communication between the influencers and the management team a bit difficult. I had to reach out quite a few times in a row in order to discuss our deal. Other than that it was a great company!
