Poor resources to do your job effectively. CONSTANT issues with their systems and it almost always becomes YOUR problem. Even if you somehow get promoted and receive hourly pay, it is still far below the national average for an IT support specialist and you are still subject to having your pay reduced for the dozens of different metrics/reasons their systems rarely tracks accurately.
