      1. Good place to work on a short-time basis. 2. There are some team leads in the company who truly understand the concepts of SEO. 3. The pay is comparatively good.

      1. There’s too much office politics going on within the company. 2. The weekly targets they set for the team are unrealistic & adds more pressure on the employee. 3. There isn’t much room to learn new concepts/strategies in the company.

      Pluspunten

      Clear weekly and monthly goals were communicated. Flexible work hours; traveling was encouraged as long as you met your goals and communicated to the team.

      Minpunten

      The pay increase structure was super subjective to management. You could present how you surpassed goals for a quarter, yet they would not grant it. It was discouraging and clear that growing within the company was not going to happen.
