      Best part of the job here is the opportunities and learning. You can learn many things as every day is a challenge. They provide us with behavioral trainings aswell. many fun activities and good chance of promotions.

      work is very good along with inhouse activities but outside activites should also be there like sports tournament, etc

      I joined as a fresher in vSplash Tech Labs Pvt Ltd and worked 7+ years, nice co-working place. You can learn and work and implement your ideas as well also. The best management and working. They truly care about the happiness of their employees. It's a really relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do can be fast-paced. Especially I would like to talking about our CEO, he is very friendly, and he always mingled with employees when he usually visits the office. Good work culture (One of the best places to work). Friendly Management. Easily approachable. I have always felt like it is family (vSplash family). If I got any chance to work with them in the future, I will happily accept it.

      No HR, severe lack of communication, immense lack of respect for employees, no job security. (Lyndhurst, NJ Office), bad pay, etc.
