      Pluspunten

      zeroheight has the best culture of any technology company I know, and working with the design and design systems communities to help solve their problems is fun, challenging and extremely interesting. The people at zeroheight are amazing and the teamwork across the entire company is better than any place I've experienced. The product is great, and there is a lot of room to grow.

      Like any rapidly growing startup, some internal processes are still maturing, but this also keeps things innovative, humble and fun.

      Pluspunten

      Well-documented competitive pay and plenty of perks. Well being of employees is prioritized. A great work culture is proactively cultivated by leadership, with room for all types of people/personalities. Highly recommend.

      Minpunten

      Nothing noteworthy. Startups come with certain bumps in the road and zeroheight has grown through changes, but the pros listed above have made those changes a team effort to navigate.
