Toxic Culture: Mid-management is ignorant and defensive because they are clueless, they cannot come up with a good plan. They are not even capable to research what happens in their market. Just lazy and work in the negative, only have fear to try to protect their jobs and have no sense of morality at all. This place is a horror; they are burning money because of their incompetence. I was let go with the feedback that I do not match concrete examples of them setting me up for failure: Putting falsely closed deals in my pipeline to influence numbers and lying to the high management. Giving me a higher quota but holding back all the inbounds, even giving them to different markets, they prefer playing dirty political games than making money, huh ?!? the supervisor is doing meetings so bad that the prospect just wants to run away, not sure if this was done on purpose though but I did feel embarrassed about how she did demos. Talking about the price of a product is an obstacle for them, they even say this as a heads up to their prospects, funny. No communication, negotiated an agreement and then something completely different is done and they blame it on a technical issue or just pretend like they do not hear you, A sales supervisor that can not communicate, not comfortable in the uncomfortable. Never has done sales at a high level and will never get there. In team, meetings we had to listen to this person talk about herself and then we had to compliment how great she was, complete nonsense, not one relevant meeting based on data. Calling me into meeting with her favourite, to laugh in my face and say that everything has to be done fair, knowing good that she was working in the negative and against me. Off course, no characters in this organisation, only sheep trying to protect their jobs, and doing the minimum, needle pushers are not welcome here. Every morning meeting looked like this person just came out of bed, you have no discipline then or you do not even care enough to present yourself decent in EVERY meeting. Shame, Shame, Shame !!
