Honest Review of Workspace365 as a former enginee
Pluspunten
Core non-AI product, nice location
Minpunten
Being a Python AI developer at Workspace365 is an awful choice, expect the following issues: • Micromanagement by technically incompetent supervisors: Every task is scrutinized by managers who lack the technical expertise to even understand what they’re overseeing, leading to constant frustration and inefficiency. • Strict policing of lunch breaks and arrival times: There’s an overly rigid attendance culture with heavy monitoring of when you arrive and how long you take for lunch, treating professional adults like schoolchildren. • Low salary and poor benefits package: Compensation is well below market standards for AI/Python roles, with a weak additional benefits package that offers little value or flexibility. • Unexperienced and cold HR department: HR comes across as inexperienced, unresponsive, and lacking any real empathy or support for employees. • Intense competition against industry giants for minor domestic contracts: The company struggles in a highly competitive field, fighting for small local deals while bigger players dominate, which creates unnecessary pressure and instability. • Zero compassion or assistance during sick leaves: There’s absolutely no understanding or support when health issues arise no flexibility, no backup, and a clear lack of care for employee well-being. Overall, I would strongly advise against joining Workspace365 if you’re a skilled Python AI developer looking for a professional, supportive, and rewarding environment. The negatives far outweigh any potential positives.
