All in all, if you are from a western background, a performance-driven, experienced mid-career (30s) professional or manager in Sales or Marketing, this organization is not recommended. Excellent performance and cultural fit is not a guaranteed ticket to extension. Sales leadership treat their clients as second hand, no career growth opportunities and and promises made are easily broken.
