An initial interview with one manager and a follow up soon after with the management team in the department that you are being vetted for. The 2nd interview takes most of the day and is a round robin with the management team, not too stressful as they get a feel for your skill level and how you might get along with the existing team.

I was flown in, the company had a rental vehicle waiting for me. I drove to the site and was given a full tour of the facility. My guide was open to and encouraged questions the entire time. Following the tour my actual interview began with a number of members of the team I would be joining. The interview lasted much shorter than they had forecasted, but it was a very enjoyable experience.
