For each question I provided very specific examples with challenges, solutions, and results that I delivered…and there were A LOT of examples I provided. Their feedback was that ‘I was too surface level and didn’t provide specific examples’ which is a flat out lie. I can take being declined for another candidate, but this feedback seemed like they were making up excuses instead of being truthful, or even generic (which would have been better). Clearly transparency is not their strength. They also rescheduled my interview twice.
