Instead of testing practical coding skills, it seemed more like they were asking for a production-ready project in hackathon time. Advice to Management: Please design interview tasks that are practical and respectful of candidates’ time. A realistic coding challenge should focus on problem-solving and code quality, not on building an entire product in a few hours.
