Again, we ask to spend no more than 15 minutes to identify 2 advisors (experts) for each client brief - meaning 4 in total. Feel free to use any online resources you have access to, and ideally, we'd like to have exact names, titles and companies of people. 1) The client is a corporation looking into the Equestrian Sector. They would like to benchmark best practices around organizational structures and commercial and marketing strategies from large international equestrian federations and equestrian event organizers. 2) Client is a management consulting firm looking to speak to advisors responsible for merging O&G companies. Their main objective is to understand how to set up M&As in the space, challenges faced when merging 2 O&G companies, as well as success factors for M&As in O&G.
