Went through four interviews and a practical assignment only to find out after the fact that they decided in the middle of the process that they weren't going to hire for the role in a timely fashion (if at all). I would not recommend considering them for employment if they can not be truthful and waste your time and energy. If they can't be transparent during the selection process, not an employer you would want to consider. Apply to places that value your time.
