This is the experience for everyone being recruited externally by nbn... it isnt a one off.... I was approached by an agency for a role and had an interview for a temp job, the hiring manager made me feel she was going to give me a start. The recruiter followed up with the third party recruitment team multiple times but the hiring manager ghosted everyone. Such a poor experience.
